Delivery Information
All StickerSocials products are made to order, with a standard 24-hour production time.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Because we frequently attend events, there may be times where turnaround is slightly delayed. Especially for weekend orders or orders placed during event weeks.

Untracked Shipping (Standard Mail – Australia)

To keep costs low for small decals, most orders are sent via untracked letter mail.

Important notes about untracked shipping:

  • Due to the nature of untracked post, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that do not arrive.

  • Most orders arrive 3–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Small decals arrive in a white envelope that goes into your mailbox, not your doorstep.

  • We do not recommend shipping to parcel lockers as untracked mail consistently fails to deliver to them.

Tracked Shipping

Tracked options are available and calculated automatically at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Tracked: 2–7 business days

  • Express Tracked: 1–4 business days

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended for larger decals or time-sensitive orders.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
