Refund policy

Returns
All StickerSocials products are 100 percent custom-made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once your order has been produced, it cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can sort it out quickly.

Because all decals require correct installation, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused during installation. We strongly recommend following our installation guide to ensure the best results.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by StickerSocials are custom products and therefore non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific order, reach out and we’re happy to help before production begins.

Refunds
If a refund is approved (for example, due to a confirmed production error), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
